Join Our Team as a Corporate Liaison Manager in the Car Rental Industry

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for building relationships? We are currently seeking a Corporate Liaison Manager to serve as a vital link between our organization and corporate partners in the car rental sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior management with strategic advice on administrative matters, including staff and facility management.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with corporate clients to enhance our car rental offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and implement operational procedures and guidelines to streamline rental processes and improve service delivery.
  • Analyse complex resource management issues related to corporate partnerships and prepare insightful reports and submissions.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Lead and develop administrative staff to ensure efficient operations and effective communication with corporate stakeholders.
  • Represent our company at industry events, seminars, and public forums, promoting our rental services and fostering strong corporate relationships.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, or at least five years of experience in a corporate liaison or administrative role, preferably within the car rental industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective corporate relationships and partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively represent our company in various contexts.
