We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support in over 300 locations across Australia to thousands of participants in the community with Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology & Physiotherapy services.
Job Description
We are open to discussions with Speech Therapists of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.
If you are interested in Paediatrics or have particular caseload interests, we would like to speak with you.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services promptly
- Provide speech pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and the community
- Use clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpret findings to set personalized treatment goals
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Mentor graduates and early career clinicians (for senior clinicians)
- Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance
Qualifications
To be considered suitable, you will have:
- Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills for managing a varied caseload
- A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and learning opportunities
- A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
