About the Centre:

Our childcare centre offers a fun and compassionate environment with committed staff who possess a wealth of knowledge, developing individualized programs for each child whole fostering their voices; enjoy our spacious play area, an open-door policy, casual Fridays and Wellness Wednesdays

About the Role

• Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
• Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
• Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
• A current Working with Children's Check
• Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
