Join our friendly kitchen team at Cooroy RSL, nestled in the Noosa Hinterland and known for all-day dining at ANZAC's Restaurant and our coffee shop. You'll help deliver great food alongside live music, trivia, bingo, and other club buzz.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and cook a range of dishes for all-day dining and functions
  • Where required, estimate food/labour costs, order supplies, monitor dish quality
  • Enforce hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
  • When necessary, train and supervise kitchen staff and apprentices
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning and operations
  • Preserve and manage food stock where needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or AQF Associate Degree in Commercial Cookery; and
  • At least 1 year of relevant culinary experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Positive team attitude and reliability
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster
