Situated in the heart of Sydney's CBD, The Grace Hotel is housed in the elegantly restored 1930 Neo Gothic Grace Building. Heritage-listed, the iconic exterior is complemented by the charming Art Deco interiors.

The Role

We are seeking an individual to illustrate exemplary communication skills and display a total customer service focus to our guests and team members. Demonstrating a systematic approach in completing tasks is a requirement.

As Guest Service Agent / Front Desk Agent you will be responsible for all aspects of hotel reception including check-in/out, customer relations and cashiering.

The successful candidate must possess:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in a similar role and environment
  • The ability to work professionally under pressure
  • The passion for providing every guest with a positive experience
  • Consistent pride in their grooming and presentation
  • Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS is desirable
