We are seeking a PMO Coordinator to provide high-quality coordination, administrative and operational support to the Transformation Office. This role is critical in enabling the efficient delivery of the ERP Program and other transformation initiatives, working closely with the PMO Lead, Program Leads and key stakeholders.

This is a fixed-term contract role until mid 2028, based in Surry Hills.

Due to the Christmas period, applications will not be responded to until the new year.

Responsibilities include:

Program Coordination & Support

  • Support day-to-day operations of the Transformation PMO
  • Manage the PMO inbox and triage requests, ensuring timely follow-up and clear stakeholder communication
  • Maintain program meeting cadence, including scheduling, agenda preparation, materials and minute taking
  • Coordinate planning and logistics for workshops, including rooms, technology, attendance and pre-work distribution
  • Support tracking of program deliverables, risks, actions and decisions in partnership with the PMO Manager
  • Facilitate onboarding process for new Transformation team members, contractors and partners
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, managing diaries, availability and supporting materials
  • Maintain structured, well-governed SharePoint and document repositories
  • Provide hands-on coordination support to the ERP Program, including scheduling design
  • Manage local and international travel bookings for project team members

Who are you?

You are a highly organised and proactive coordinator/administrator who thrives in a fast-paced transformation environment. You bring:

  • Experience in a coordination, project support or PMO support/admin role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, SharePoint, Teams and project management tools
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or ERP programs, exposure to governance frameworks, or working in a global or multi-market organisation will be highly regarded.
