Burleigh Baker Paradise Point shop is looking for an experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our small, friendly team

About the Role:

  • Craft high-quality coffee with precision and consistency
  • Provide excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Handle front-of-house duties, including taking orders and assisting customers
  • Support the kitchen team when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the café

What We're Looking:

  • Proven experience as a barista in a fast-paced café environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Availability for rotating shifts, including early mornings.
  • The right to work in Australia
