What's the role?

This is a full-time opportunity based in Sydney, where you'll be part of our Corporate and Business Development team within Group Finance. Reporting to the Head of Corporate and Business Development, you'll work on strategic reviews, acquisitions, divestments, and investment opportunities—primarily across the financial services landscape. You'll collaborate with a high-performing internal advisory team that values curiosity, continuous learning, and shared success.

What do I need?

We're looking for someone who's technically strong, intellectually curious, and thrives in a collaborative environment. If you're passionate about strategy and transactions, and ready to make an impact, this could be your next move.

  • 2-4 years experience in investment banking, Big 4 transaction services, corporate finance, private equity, or M&A advisory.
  • Strong financial modelling, research and valuation skills, and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Builds trusted relationships and thrives in collaborative environments.
