About the role

Mission

As a Power Platform Consultant at Rapid Circle, you will be responsible for supporting business transformation initiatives by leveraging Microsoft solutions like off course PowerPlatform, but also SharePoint, Copilot Studio and others. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business challenges, gather requirements, and help design solutions that improve business processes. This role focuses on business analysis and process improvement rather than strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Process Improvement:
  Identify and analyse current business processes to recommend improved workflows that align with our customers business goals.
• Requirements Gathering:
  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring Power Platform solutions meet operational needs.
• Solution Design Support:
  Assist in shaping Power Platform solutions by working with technical teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Work closely with key stakeholders to gather feedback, build consensus, and ensure alignment with business needs throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Project Support:
   Support Power Platform-related projects, ensuring tasks are completed within scope, budget, and timeline. Assist in facilitating meetings and workshops.
• Continuous Improvement:
   Stay informed about Power Platform advancements and recommend potential improvements to business operations.
• Client Relationship Management:
   Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.

Skillset

• Up to 5 years of experience in business consulting, business analysis, or digital transformation.
• Strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
• Experience working with Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is a the minimum
• Experience with SharePoint, Copilot Studio and anything AI is a BIG plus
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams to support solution design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate workshops.
• Familiarity with change management principles to support business transformation.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with a focus on presenting ideas clearly.
• This role is ideal for consultants looking to apply their business analysis skills to technical solutions, supporting process improvement and operational efficiency for our customers.
