ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and inspiring a team of talented Behaviour Support Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Physiotherapists. You'll:
- Mentor and empower a high-performing team, nurturing their professional growth.
- Lead by example with your own clinical caseload, delivering high-quality services in homes, clinics, and community settings.
- Collaborate across the business, working closely with fellow Team Leaders and Senior Managers to achieve shared goals.
- Champion team culture, client outcomes, continuous learning, and staff engagement.

ABOUT YOU
- A qualified Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- 4+ years clinical experience in your discipline.
- Experience in the NDIS environment and passionate about community-based care.
- Ready to work full-time or at minimum 0.8FTE.
- Registered with the appropriate registration authority, and have (or are willing to get) NDISWC / WWCC.
- A great communicator, motivator, and team builder.
- Current Australian driver's licence and able to travel with your own vehicle.
