Join National 360 as a Team Leader at our Townsville office. In this pivotal role as a Team Leader, you'll lead and inspire the local multidisciplinary team, while continuing to do the client-facing work you love.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and inspiring a team of talented Behaviour Support Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Physiotherapists. You'll: 

  • Mentor and empower a high-performing team, nurturing their professional growth.
  • Lead by example with your own clinical caseload, delivering high-quality services in homes, clinics, and community settings.
  • Collaborate across the business, working closely with fellow Team Leaders and Senior Managers to achieve shared goals.
  • Champion team culture, client outcomes, continuous learning, and staff engagement.

ABOUT YOU 

  • A qualified Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • 4+ years clinical experience in your discipline.
  • Experience in the NDIS environment and passionate about community-based care.
  • Ready to work full-time or at minimum 0.8FTE.
  • Registered with the appropriate registration authority, and have (or are willing to get) NDISWC / WWCC.
  • A great communicator, motivator, and team builder.
  • Current Australian driver's licence and able to travel with your own vehicle.
