Welder/Fabricator

Mountain Trail RV (MTRV) is a highly respected manufacturer within the caravan industry with a strong reputation for manufacturing a high quality product.

At MTRV we manufacture our own caravan chassis, suspension, stainless steel kitchens and accessories. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated qualified fabricator with proven attention to detail, diligent, strong work ethic, reliable and long term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• MIG & TIG welding of stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel

To be successful in this role you will have the following demonstrated abilities:

• Trade Qualified
• Experienced in general fabrication and welding
• TIG welding of stainless steel and aluminium is preferred by not essential
• MIG welding of mild steel is essential
• Proficient in the reading and understanding of fabrication drawings
• Demonstrated effective problem solving skills in the trade
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Maintain high quality of work at all time
• Perform work safely and follow established work procedures
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• A commitment to attendance
• Hold a current Forklift License is preferred
