Fabricator / Welder

Due to continued growth and increasing demand, AgBoss Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our dedicated Engineering and Fabrication Team.

The Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable individual who thrives in a team environment but can also work independently when required. This hands-on role will see you working on a variety of fabrication tasks across a busy workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• MIG welding (minimum 3+ years experience required)
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Working autonomously and in a team environment to meet deadlines
• Operating fabrication machinery (laser cutter experience is highly desirable but not essential)

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking)
• 3+ years MIG welding experience
• Experience in TIG, Stick, or other welding methods (highly regarded but not essential)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with high attention to detail
• Valid Australian Driver Licence (essential)
• Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential)
• Punctual, reliable and committed to workplace safety
