Join Our Team as a Casual Console Operator at Aussie World Garage

Location: Palmview, QLD

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Console Operator to join our team at Aussie World Garage. In this casual role, you will be the face of our service station, ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering friendly and efficient customer service at the console, processing sales, and handling cash and card transactions.
  • Restocking and maintaining the cleanliness of the convenience store and surrounding areas.
  • Assisting customers with queries and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and security procedures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure the efficient operation of the service station.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in a service station or convenience store environment, or a great attitude and a willingness to step up and take responsibility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude.
