Role Description

We're looking for a full-time 
Sales Consultant

to join our team in Lara, VIC. In this role you'll work closely with clients to understand their goals, guide them through the property journey, and deliver outstanding results every step of the way.

Your day-to-day will involve conducting consultations, nurturing client relationships, and driving successful sales outcomes. You'll also play a role in the agency's growth by identifying new opportunities, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism and care.

You'll Bring to the Role

• Proven sales consulting and client relationship management experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in an on-site, team-oriented environment
• Sound understanding of the property market (knowledge of Geelong's Northern and Western Growth Corridors is preferable)
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or willingness to obtain)
