Trident Services is on the lookout for motivated, professional, and customer-focused Security Officers to join our Event Team. If you're passionate about safety, enjoy high-energy environments, and love working with people – this is your opportunity to shine.
About the Role You'll be part of a dedicated security team providing top-tier service and safety at some of the city's biggest events. Your role will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service to eventgoers
- Ensuring public safety and identifying risks
- Handling enquiries with professionalism and care
- Managing incidents calmly with effective conflict resolution skills
- Being prepared for emergencies and following site protocols
What You Need We're looking for candidates with:
- A current QLD Security License (including Crowd Control)
- Valid RSA
- Up-to-date First Aid & CPR certificates
- Strong communication and people skills
- A professional appearance and high personal integrity
- Availability to work at events (including evenings and weekends)
