We're seeking a self-motivated, positive, hard-working Advertising Sales Consultant to join our team. Fully supported, work-from-home opportunity with flexible work options and an existing portfolio of customers

Austnews ) is a well-respected family business providing communication services to schools across Australia, since 1978. Our team has a vision to innovate, design and build communication tools to connect School Communities, including a superior digital service known as ePublisher. Schools use these services at a low cost, thanks to the businesses that choose to support their newsletter.

Your Responsibilities

As an Advertising Sales Consultant, you will sell advertising on digital school newsletters. You will be responsible for:


• Building and maintaining existing customers and building your own customer base.


• Providing advertising advice and offers.


• Maintaining positive customer relationships.


• Meeting sales targets and KPIs.

We are looking for people who have:


• A high level of intrinsic motivation, time management and organisational skills to successfully work from home.


• An ability to quickly build rapport over the phone, communicate value and win new business.


• A positive and confident nature with great communication skills to develop relationships.


• Self-drive and resilience to work independently and succeed in a competitive industry.


• A mature attitude, good work ethic, and authenticity and honesty in their work.


• High-level administration and computer skills with an attention to detail.


• Knowledge/understanding of advertising (or willingness to learn).


• Experience in sales roles is preferred, working to targets and KPI's.


• A home office space with Wi-Fi is essential. All equipment will be provided.

What we Offer:


• Weekly full or part-time base salary + Super + UNCAPPED monthly commissions OR


• Commission only, 20% of sales with flexible working hours.
