About Our ClientJob Description
  • Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts payable records and ledgers.
  • Respond to supplier queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts payable activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline payment processes.
  • Support month-end closing processes by providing required documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within accounts payable functions.
The Successful Applicant
  • Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role within accounting and finance.
  • A strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and suppliers.
