About the teamOur manufacturing team are an essential part of turning raw materials into products ready for customers. We have a strong focus on team member safety, quality and continuous improvement whilst ensuring that customers' security of supply, quality, availability of product and value for money expectations are met. You'll work alongside a diverse group of individuals with different backgrounds, cultures, personalities, and beliefs, much like the communities we serve.
About the Role
Our facility processes and packages over 1.2 million litres of milk every week in a highly automated environment and we need a strong leader to keep our equipment running at peak performance.
As a Reliability Lead, you'll take charge of leading the maintenance schedule and ensuring the reliability of our automated manufacturing systems. This role is hands-on and highly technical, focused on troubleshooting complex equipment and driving uptime across the site.
You'll manage
- 5 direct reports (2 Electricians and 3 Fitters)
- 30+ contractors for routine maintenance
- Maintenance scheduling and execution
- Implementation of reliability and asset care strategies
This is a critical leadership role where you'll balance people management with technical problem-solving to keep our operations running smoothly.
About You and Your Skill
We're looking for someone who brings
- Manufacturing experience in a highly automated environment (FMCG preferred)
- Proven ability to lead trades and technical teams in a supervisory capacity
- Strong technical knowledge - ideally as an Electrician or Electrical Engineer
- Expertise in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and reliability systems
- A safety-first mindset and experience managing contractors
