The Performing Arts program currently offers optional tuition on all orchestral instruments, voice, piano, guitar, and music theory. All Year 5 students receive compulsory tuition on an orchestral instrument as part of a year-long scheduled weekly Music curriculum experience.

This position is suitable for a qualified, experienced, and collaborative professional violin/viola tutor.

This casual position requires a minimum commitment of two days per week, with the potential for up to four days. The role involves delivering high-quality individual tuition to students ranging from beginner to advanced pre-tertiary levels. While experience in beginner group instruction and/or string ensemble direction is not a requirement, expertise in these areas would also be of interest. Previous applicants for similar positions are encouraged to reapply.

The successful applicant will bring excellent pedagogical and curriculum development skills, innovation, a strong, contemporary vision for teaching, and enthusiasm for working collaboratively in the education of young women.

This position will commence on Monday, 19 January 2026 and finish on Friday, 4 December 2026.
