About the Position

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a passionate kitchen team in a high-volume venue. Offering a salary of $70-80K (depending on experience), this role provides variety, stability, and the chance to showcase your skills in a supportive environment. With straight shifts only - no nights and no splits, you'll enjoy a true work-life balance while working with fresh, house-made food. Position Description

• Execute high-quality dishes consistently during service
• Maintain strong prep standards and assist with menu execution
• Support senior chefs in daily operations and kitchen leadership
• Uphold food safety and hygiene compliance at all times
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a seamless service experience

Position Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in high-volume kitchens with fast, efficient service periods
• Strong background in staff training and mentoring within a kitchen environment
• Proven ability to manage ordering, stock rotation, and mise en place
• Solid prep skills with a strong emphasis on house-made and in-house food production
• Relevant trade qualifications (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
• Previous experience with baking and functions is highly regarded
• Flexibility to work across weekends and holidays is essential
