As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

As Goodstart Kichen Hand, you'll play a vital role in ensuring children receive nutritious meals each day by serving high-quality, delivered food and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment. While meal preparation isn't required, your attention to detail, care, and commitment to hygiene help support the health and wellbeing of every child in our care.

You'll need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) - mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
