Your role
  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons (small groups and larger classes)
  • Provide targeted support and clear feedback to students and families
  • Build students' study habits, confidence, and motivation
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative learning culture
  • Mentor and support junior tutors where needed
About you
  • Qualified teacher or experienced tutor with a passion for education
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Familiarity with the VCE curriculum (for secondary roles)
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Valid Working With Children Check (VIC) (or VIT registration for teachers)
  • Ongoing work rights in Australia
  • Availability for after-school/evening and/or weekend classes
Location & hours
  • Bayside (Bentleigh) campus
  • Casual/part-time with potential to increase hours based on demand
