About the Role:
As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, reporting to the New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales and fostering relationships within the local community. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and nurturing sales leads from the local area.
  • Actively following up on inquiries and identifying customer needs.
  • Staying informed about our products to provide informed recommendations.
  • Maintaining accurate data on our client management software.
  • Delivering vehicles and offering post-delivery support.
  • Embodying our client values and supporting behaviours.
About You:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • Proven dealership sales experience with a track record of success.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on closing deals.
  • A proactive approach to business development.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Tune (desirable).
  • A current VIC Driver's License.
