The Role:

Are you a detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn about the world of media and advertising? As an
Account Coordinator
, you'll play a vital role in supporting our account teams in delivering successful campaigns for one of the most iconic entertainment brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment and contribute to a collaborative and innovative team. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping our clients unlock growth

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide administrative support to the client team, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Assist with media planning and buying across various formats and mediums.
  • Ensure accurate reporting for internal and client needs, maintaining meticulous records.
  • Manage material instructions, ensuring they are correct and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Help with financial management tasks related to campaigns.
  • Assist with booking media across all platforms
  • Assist in loading bookings into BCC within 1 day of the booking
  • Provide accurate and timely data entry of campaigns
  • Post-match all TV campaigns weekly
  • Support team on day-to-day tasks
  • Ensure POP/Tear sheets are collected and disseminated
  • Assist with digital ad ops and trafficking
  • Handle ad hoc requests from team members and clients.

What you can bring:

  • A Bachelors degree is preferred, ideally in media, advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Agency internship experience a plus.
