The Opportunity

We have big plans and we're looking for a highly motivated wrap installer to join our expert team to help us deliver some seriously exciting projects, and showcase their talents on our new TV series

About you

You're a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for Vehicle Wrapping and:

  1. You're already a leader, but maybe you haven't been recognised for it yet. You're ready to build your portfolio and credentials, and establish yourself as one of the best in the business
  2. You take pride in your work, always delivering a clean, professional finish, and you're eager to sharpen your skills even further. When you finish the job, your edges stay stuck
  3. You're capable of consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations. The only time your jobs come back is when the clients are so happy that they want more work done
  4. You are a self motivated, consistent high performer who works best when surrounded by a high performing team that's doing great things and going somewhere. You're persistent. Obstacles are an opportunity, not an excuse to give up.
  5. You appreciate good leadership, feeling like your contribution is valued, and being given the opportunity to demonstrate your skills, without being micro-managed and without workplace politics
  6. You don't take yourself too seriously. You know how to have fun, enjoy some workplace banter and still deliver great results and a professional experience for clients

About the role

This role will suit candidates with experience in installation and service. We enjoy all aspects of signage, from basic signage, to full wraps, wall wraps, window frosting, and even commercial branding.

Your responsibilities

  • Vinyl wrap installation
  • Liaising with clients
  • Working with other trades, apprentices, and team members

Your experience

  • Experience with vinyl wrap installation from basic signage to full wraps is preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Current Australian driver's licence
