Our client is an established and highly regarded builder who are now seeking an experienced
Supervisor
to join their professional and highly experienced team based in Central Coast.

This position will see you working closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects, typically ranging in value from $250K to $2M. You'll be the eyes and ears of the project, managing trades, logistics, quality, and cost management.

You will play a key role in coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and consultants to deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee day-to-day site operations, from initial setup through to project handover


• Lead and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow


• Monitor project programs, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are consistently met


• Ensure all works are delivered to the required quality, safety, and environmental standards


• Assist with budget tracking, issue resolution, and proactive risk management


• Interpret and work confidently from construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work


• Accurately record progress, site activities, and material usage


• Support, guide, and develop junior team members where required


• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, consultants, and the project team


• Uphold compliance with design documentation, codes, and contractual obligations

Skills and Experience:


• Certificate III in Carpentry or similar trade qualification


• Minimum 2 years' experience supervising commercial construction projects


• Solid technical knowledge of construction methodology and site processes


• Competent with project management and site software (Procore, MS Office, MS Projects)


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment


• Proven capability in managing multiple projects and ensuring program delivery


• Exposure to DOE, Council or Government projects will be well regarded


• Confident leadership style with the ability to motivate and manage site teams
