About us:
Glitch Productions is an independent animation studio based in Australia making original, long form animated shows distributed on Youtube. Our channel has over 16 million subscribers, tens of millions of views per episode and is still growing strong. Our studio is filled with incredibly talented and passionate artists that are determined to change the way animation is produced and treated in the industry. Our biggest IP; Digital Circus, has amassed over 350 million views on the pilot alone and we have a lot more still to come.

Role Information: 
We're looking for a motivated and diligent Production Assistant that has a strong interest to work in the Animation/Entertainment industry. The job involves a wide range of tasks, from assisting in production aspects of our shows to administrative tasks to support our growth. Working in the Production team, this is a great opportunity to see shows come to life from concept to final render.

Your duties will include:Assisting in organising, managing and archiving computer files and documents during the company's transition to Flow (formerly known as Shotgrid).Supporting the production aspect of our shows including: rendering and post-production fixes.Owning the quality of data in our project management software.Assisting in note taking, attending meetings whilst gaining exposure to our production pipeline.Performing quality control of uploaded assets and renders. Assisting in general administrative work.

Attention to detail and strong organisational skillsExcellent time management skillsA diligent and go-getter attitudeStrong teamwork abilitiesA clean and organised approach to workExperience with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft ExcelA strong interest in working in the production/animation industry

Bonus Skills:

Production management experienceExperience with Flow and/or SyncsketchFamiliarity with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere or Sony Vegas ProConcept art, design, animation or 3D modeling/texturing experienceExperience with Maya or Unreal Engine 5
