The Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our team on a full time basis.

You will be a key member of the team, creating a welcoming environment for our patients and supporting the team with high-quality administrative support at our Cremorne practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • General medical reception work
  • Customer service and patient care
  • Booking patient appointments
  • Registering patient details
  • Settling accounts
  • Collating medical films and reports

About you

  • Previous experience in a similar role (Radiology is preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency
  • Provide excellent customer service skills and phone manner
  • High level attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Be able to demonstrate a strong culture fit with the organisation and our Core Values

The hourly rate will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on skills and experience.
