What You'll Do

  • Establish and grow the Melbourne office, initially working from home until

setup is complete

  • Develop business strategies, set targets, and drive revenue growth and

operational efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and industry standards
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners, while

identifying new business opportunities

What You'll Bring

  • Strong Operational Management experience (Branch Manager or BDM ready

to step up)

  • Proven industry Sales background
  • Demonstrated stable career history and relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Natural drive to grow and shape a branch, with clear communication and

leadership skills

  • Ability to work independently while establishing a new office
