Position: Tradesman (Full-time)

Location: Hunter Valley & Newcastle

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily on-site landscape construction and maintenance.
  • Interpret plans and specifications to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Utilize Aroflo Field for job management and Slack for team communications.
  • Maintain high standards in every task, aiming to exceed project expectations.
  • Manage materials and tools effectively, ensuring everything is maintained and operational.
  • Engage in problem-solving, offering solutions that align with our vision for service excellence.
  • Contribute ideas for improving our service and work standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in landscape construction or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Ability to interpret engineering plans and follow detailed instructions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Availability for regular overtime and occasional weekend work.
  • A positive attitude and a drive to enhance team performance.

Work Hours:

  • Regular hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
  • Flexibility required: The nature of our projects sometimes demands work beyond these hours to meet deadlines or to accommodate specific project needs. Availability for these instances, including occasional Saturday work, is appreciated and sometimes necessary to ensure the success of our projects.
