We're looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to join our team
Permanent (full-time or part-time) hours available Monday to Friday in our Southern Stores.
- Experience in retail, sales or customer roles and ready to start a new career?
- Experienced in Banking and looking for a change?
- Starting base Salary $66,628, plus superannuation and potential to earn up to 5% bonus

As the customer face of Bank of us, you'll get to be part of our Customer Experience Consultant team, working across our Southern stores (Rosny and Hobart*), where your number one aim is putting your customer first. What's important is your positive vibe and a knack for uncovering all your customer's needs.
*Please note, at this time, it is intended this position will commence at our Hobart Store.
You'll deliver amazing service in person in store and through our telephone and digital lines, ensuring all your customers banking transactional needs are met, and because you really care about your customer, you'll go the extra mile to support their financial wellbeing through insurance and lending referrals, where the customer has a need.
