Overview

Starting base salary $66,628 per year, plus super. Permanent (full-time or part-time) hours available Monday to Friday in our Southern Stores.

We're looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Be the customer face of Bank of us, delivering service in person, by phone and digitally across Southern stores (Rosny and Hobart), with the aim of putting the customer first.
  • Identify customer needs and opportunities, including insurance and lending referrals to support their financial wellbeing.
  • Work to meet customers\' transactional banking needs and advocate for the bank's mission to reinvest profits into Tasmanian communities.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail, sales or customer-facing roles; banking experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive team culture; able to thrive with on-the-job training and potential to undertake formal qualifications.
