About Us

For several decades, our extraordinary business has grown to include four facilities, one farm and more than 1,000 One Harvest team members across Australia that grow, harvest, process and supply our unique and value-add produce to supermarkets and green grocers around the country.

Opportunities currently exist for Process Workersto join our busy production team in Smeaton Grange.You will be responsible to work towards achieving production targets while working effectively and efficiently towards strict food quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working in fast-paced production lines, ensuring quality and reliability
  • Awareness and high regards in food safety, and quality assurance
  • Work in a cold room environment  (2oC - 4oC)
  • Working closely with the team to ensure machines are running effectively

Skills and Requirements

Must be 18 years or older for health and safety requirements.

  • Ability to work at a very fast pace with a focus on achieving KPI's
  • The role is manual and repetitive in nature therefore physical fitness is a must
  • Previous experience within FMCG or Manufacturing is highly desirable
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transport
  • Previous machine operator or packer experience desirable but not essential
