About the Role

We're looking for a self-driven, customer-focused Operations Team Member to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys interaction with Customers, Logistic Providers to offer tailored solutions, and delivering great customer service in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate confidently with freight providers, and collaborate effectively with Operations, Sales, and Workshop teams to support the achievement of KPIs.
  • Provide clients with accurate delivery updates and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and basic filing.
  • Support warehouse operations through picking and packing of customer orders.
  • Assist in the allocation of parts and accessories inventory.
  • Handle incoming calls and provide assistance or redirect queries as required.
  • Contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment and support cross-functional tasks as needed.

About you

  • Self-starter with excel, email SAP (preferred) and an understanding of filing systems.
  • A strong team player who can demonstrate top class customer service and supports colleagues.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems or industrial machinery (preferred)
  • Current Valid driver's licence including forklift licence
