Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Mornington, VIC. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, leading and training staff, and ensuring workplace health and safety compliance. The role also involves supporting the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and business development activities.

  • Ability to oversee inventory management and operational processes
  • Skills in staff supervision, training, and leadership
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
