We take on a wide range of interesting projects such as skateparks, marine projects such as jetties and boat ramps, bridge construction, roadworks and landscaping.

We are currently looking for a Graduate/Junior Engineer to join the team. This is a great opportunity to start a career with a successful and established company.

We are based in West Perth and are looking for someone to start immediately to help in a junior civil engineering role.

The Role:

You'll be working mainly on metro-based projects, closely alongside senior engineers who will share their experience and guide your development. You'll gain practical, hands-on project experience while contributing to works that have a lasting, positive impact on local communities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project productivity, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring efficiency.
  • Upholding the highest standards of quality and safety on-site, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Preparing daily reports on project progress, including documentation of site activities and any issues encountered.
  • Assisting with project plans, schedules, and budgets to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Handling administrative tasks related to project management, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

The Successful Applicant Should have:

  • A Civil Engineering degree.
  • Experience in civil works (internships or graduate-level roles welcome).
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
