About the RoleWe are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Administrator / Medical Screener to join our team in Wingfield on a full-time basis, covering a 12-month maternity leave position (38 hours per week). There is potential for ongoing employment beyond this contract.

Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and the chance to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and friendly customer service to clients, candidates, and stakeholders
• Perform reception duties and general administrative tasks in a busy clinic setting
• Coordinate and process medical bookings and results
• Manage billing and invoicing processes
• Conduct preliminary medical screenings
• Perform Drug and Alcohol testing
• Carry out Audiometric (hearing) testing
• Conduct Spirometry (lung function) testing

About You

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using medical software

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role or industry is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
• Current National Police Check (required upon successful application)
• Valid driver's licence (required for occasional offsite testing)
