Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) was formed to provide Civil, Mining, Crushing and Screening and Indigenous partnering opportunities to the West Australian market.

With extensive experience working for clients in remote areas and a deep body of knowledge gained from its diverse multidisciplinary team, IMC understands the specific challenges that constructing and delivering for its Western Australian clients presents.

Applications are invited for the role ofCivil Project Managerto commence on a permanent full-time basis. Working on a FIFO roster of 8:6 ex Perth, you will be responsible for responsible for leading civil project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and commercial outcomes are achieved.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycle from mobilisation to completion
  • Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and resources
  • Drive safety, environmental, and quality standards on site
  • Manage budgets, variations, and contract compliance
  • Develop project schedules and deliver progress reporting
  • Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Experience delivering civil projects in a contract-for-service environment
  • Exposure to Tier 1 clients and high-performance project teams
  • Strong background in bulk earthworks, haul roads, and tailings facilities
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Current Driver's Licence, Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A screening
  • Currently located in Western Australia (ideally)
