Job Title:

Senior Civil Design Engineer

Job Description:

As a Senior Civil Design Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects across schools, precincts, and car parks. Your expertise in Greenfield site development, including bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage, and utilities coordination, will be invaluable to our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other consultants to ensure high-quality project outcomes and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Prepare and present reports, drawings, and specifications to meet project and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to business development through strong client engagement and delivery excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Chartered or working towards Chartered status highly regarded.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in civil engineering, ideally with exposure to Greenfield development projects.
  • Strong technical background in bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, and utilities.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver projects independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
