What You'll Be Doing

Leading the way on temporary and permanent works design, bringing innovative solutions from concept to sign-off.

Overseeing and endorsing IFC drawings and conducting thorough site inspections to maintain our high safety standards.

Championing collaboration by mentoring junior colleagues, sharing knowledge, and fostering a proactive, solution-focused team culture.

Engaging directly with clients, contractors, and project partners—building genuine, long-term relationships.

Managing and coordinating projects, ensuring delivery exceeds client expectations and complies with relevant standards.

Applying your expertise in AutoCAD and Bluebeam to drive design excellence and documentation accuracy.

About You

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (mandatory)

Current registration as a Member of the Institute of Engineers Australia (MIEAust); NER registration highly regarded

Minimum 5 years' experience in temporary works—or equivalent—within Australia

Permanent Residency and full Victorian Driver's Licence essential

Demonstrated passion for creative design in construction sequencing and temporary works

Clear communicator who values collaboration and continuous learning

Confident in building and nurturing professional relationships—with a strong client-service mentality

Enthusiastic team player, eager to contribute to both technical and cultural growth
