DM3 Logistics is a proudly WA owned and operated fuel transport company.  We are a young company who values experience, enthusiasm and a great attitude.  While our Head Office is in Bibra Lake, Perth, we have depots in Karratha and Carnarvon, with our main depot and full workshop being located in Kalgoorlie.

What about the role?

As DM3's HR Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivery of end-to-end recruitment
  • Management of company inductions and on-boarding
  • Maintaining accurate employee data and record keeping
  • Keeping policies and procedures up to date
  • Employee Engagement
  • Assisting Payroll as required

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and engagement skills
  • Ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Can prioritise conflicting deadlines under pressure
  • Collaborative team player with a positive and constructive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and research abilities
  • Well-developed computer skills and adaptability to new systems
  • Understanding of Modern Awards and IR laws
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Desirable but Not Essential:

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or similar
  • HR Partner System experience
  • Xero Payroll experience
