Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Activations Manager – Hybrid (Social and Programmatic) based in Melbourne, VIC, with some work from home flexibility. The Activations Manager will manage and optimize social and programmatic campaigns, develop and implement activation strategies, analyze performance data, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance marketing initiatives, and provide actionable insights for client growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in social and programmatic campaign management and optimization
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret performance metrics
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing activation strategies
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
  • A curious mind for AI and adaptive attitude towards delivery client value
