Programmed are currently seeking experienced and reliable Process Operators for an immediate start.

Based in Toolara Forest, Gympie, this company is a leading manufacturer of MFD and Premium Decorative Surfaces. A supportive team environment with a strong safety culture, competitive remuneration and an inclusive workplace that values diversity and equal opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery
  • Perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain product standards

Candidate Requirements:

  • Availability to work a 12-hour rotating shift roster
  • Valid forklift licence and relevant experience (6.0t)
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred)
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
  • Willingness to undertake pre-employment medical assessments
