Programmed Skilled Workforce is partnering with a renowned manufacturer and distributor of premium herbs and spices, and we're looking for experienced and motivated Forklift Operators to join their high-performing team in Palmwoods, QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate E16/Counterbalance forklifts primarily in outdoor environments, ensuring safe and efficient movement of goods
  • Perform High Reach forklift operations within cold room environments, maintaining precision and safety in low-temperature conditions
  • Accurately shift and position products in designated cold storage and outdoor locations according to inventory guidelines
  • Deliver stock—including bins, CHEP pallets, and other materials—promptly to internal departments to support smooth operations
  • Manage waste rotation and disposal processes, including transferring bins to compactors and handling herb waste trailers
  • Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing delivery trucks in compliance with site safety standards
  • Handle, transport, and store chemicals responsibly, adhering strictly to company protocols and relevant safety regulations
