Our LEAD Childcare Mango Hill has new opportunity for an experienced Educational Leader who is passionate about committing long term to a motivated and dedicated team of Early Childhood Professionals. You will have proven experience as a Educational Leader and demonstrate knowledge and understanding within the Early Childhood Sector.  You will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the ability to support, guide and mentor the Senior Educators and the up and coming Educators who are passionate about delivering high quality programs to the children. You will be supported within the Service by a dedicated and highly motivated Centre Manager who has the best interest of the children, staff and families at the forefront each and everyday.

What you will need to SUCCEED

  • Hold or be willing to study towards a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and care and or relevant qualifications
  • Current First Aid certificate (HLTAID012)
  • Current CPR certificate (HLTAID009)
  • Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Training certificate
  • Current Working with Children check (or Blue Card), as required under the legislation
  • Accredited and Current Child Protection Certificate (CHCPRT025)
  • Relevant Food and Fire Safety Certificates
