AML Learning Specialist

- Ensure the AML Operations workforce is supported through the facilitation of role-specific training that caters to diverse learning styles and needs through skills-based learning techniques.
- Ensure that key findings and insights from business functions such as Quality Control and Quality Assurance are disseminated and applied through learning to close the feedback loop.
- Support the FCTM Talent Manager design and develop blended learning programs including eLearning modules, learning capability assessments and evaluation tools.
- Key member assisting in the planning and management of various learning and development events that support ongoing employee learning.
- Experience in AML/CTF legislation, financial crime typologies, red flags and case management practices.
- Experience in facilitation, designing and developing blended learning solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex AML concepts clearly and tailor content to diverse learning styles.
- Experience in applying adult learning principles and techniques to learning solutions to deliver engaging and accessible learning outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
