
Manager AML Operations Reporting

At BOQ Group, we're looking for a Financial Crime leader to lead our AML Operations Reporting team with confidence, clarity, and curiosity. You'll steer monitoring, triaging, detecting, screening, and ensuring regulatory reporting is compliant, timely, and accurate. You'll support your team by guiding escalations, managing queues, and maintaining service levels. You'll collaborate with Financial Crime Operations, Group Tech, Retail and Business Banking, and AUSTRAC, contribute insights to risk committees, and shape responses to emerging AML/CTF trends.
About YouYou are a proven leader with extensive AML, sanctions, or CTF experience, and a strong understanding of relevant legislation and reporting requirements. ACAMS or ICA accreditation is a plus. You've led teams of 20+ across multiple locations, communicate clearly, support your team through challenges, and build strong stakeholder relationships with regulators and internal partners. You take ownership of your work, back your decisions with sound reasoning, and help shape a positive team culture.
