About the Role
Step into a leadership role supporting young people and families across our region.
We're seeking an experienced mental health clinician to join our Child & Youth Triage team, a fast-paced, collaborative service providing expert triage and referral support.
In this role, you will:
• Complete high-quality phone triages for mental health, alcohol and other drug referrals.
• Provide clinical advice, recommendations and referrals under established frameworks.
• Lead and mentor clinicians on shift and support ongoing team development.
• Coordinate shifts and manage emergent staffing needs.
• Act as Phone Triage Manager during periods of leave.
You'll bring:
• Proven experience in mental health triage and risk assessment.

About the facility
Our Phone Triage team operates from a purpose-designed clinical hub, the central entry point for all mental health, alcohol and other drug referrals. It's a fast-paced, coordinated setting where clinicians use integrated phone and digital systems to manage referrals efficiently, supported by strong clinical leadership and clear governance structures.
