As a Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping clinic performance across your portfolio, providing commercially driven leadership while fostering high-performing, clinically excellent teams.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in the office to support collaboration, connection, and team engagement.
About the Role
In this influential position, you will:
- Provide strategic oversight across clinic operations and people leadership, ensuring effective communication, talent development, wellbeing, and engagement
- Lead with commercial acumen to drive financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and P&L management
- Champion an exceptional client experience, partnering with clinics to enhance loyalty, digital service adoption, and service delivery
- Oversee and uplift work health and safety compliance, risk management, and audit performance
- Work closely with managers and clinicians to maintain high standards of clinical governance, lead innovation, and support best-practice veterinary care
- Drive continuous improvement, cultural alignment, and change initiatives that elevate performance and client outcomes
- Lead the implementation of companywide projects, operational initiatives, and technology rollouts
- Role model transparent, engaging, and people-centred leadership
About You

You will also be able to demonstrate:
Essential
- 3–5 years' experience in a similar multisite or regional leadership role
- Self-directed, organised, and capable of executing strategic priorities across multiple sites
- Proven leadership capability with experience guiding teams through change, growth, and complex operational environments
- Strong commercial and financial management skills, with confidence in reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Background in people leadership including ER/IR, workforce planning, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Highly developed communication skills and the ability to build trusted, influential relationships
Desirable
- Qualifications in business, leadership, HR, or related fields
- Experience in veterinary, healthcare, retail, or franchising environments
