What You'll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining referral relationships with hospitals, GPs, allied health, and aged care stakeholders
• Increasing community awareness of Dovida's home care services
• Attending hospital meetings, community events, expos, and healthcare forums
• Collaborating with care teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support
• Advocating Dovida's mission by putting people at the centre of every interaction
